Clinching Workbench (HVAC Damper Stiffener Clinching)
The damper stiffener clinching workbench is a specialized system engineered for the precision joining of reinforcement ribs to damper bodies, including outer frames and panels. Its primary function is to enhance the overall structural rigidity of the air valve through stable clinching, preventing deformation caused by high-velocity airflow, installation stresses, or transportation.

Clinching Tooling Assembly
This core unit consists of clinching pliers, a power intensifier, and specialized dies. The intensifier provides ample force to the pliers, while the dies are custom-designed based on the stiffener's geometry and required contact points. The assembly supports both single-point and 2-point simultaneous clinching, accommodating both linear and irregular stiffener shapes.

Power&Control System
Driven by a hydraulic system or an pneumohydraulic cylinder, the platform delivers the high force necessary for various sheet metal thicknesses. the electrical control system manages start/stop sequences, pressure adjustments, and workbench positioning. Some models feature integrated parameter displays for real-time monitoring of the manufacturing status.

Height Adjustment Mechanism
Comprised of lifting cylinders and guide columns, this mechanism allows for the precise adjustment of the clinching pliers’ height. This ensures compatibility with damper bodies of varying heights and guarantees uniform force distribution during the assembly process.
