Inner Tank Clinching (Primary Application): While dishwasher tanks are typically formed by welding rolled stainless steel, components such as reinforcement stiffeners, bracket mounts, and spray arm bushings are fixed via clinching. This process prevents the thermal deformation and weld-point corrosion often associated with traditional welding.
Door Assembly Clinching: Used to secure internal reinforcements, bracketry, and hinge mounting seats within the door structure.
