Clinching Workbench (HVAC Damper Corner Clinching)
The HVAC damper corner clinching workbench is a specialized assembly station designed for the high-precision joining of corner connectors to damper frames. Widely used in the production of air valves and fire dampers for ventilation and air conditioning systems, this clinching workbench accommodates various damper dimensions without the need for frequent tooling changes. Its integrated design and automated auxiliary structures significantly enhance production efficiency and joint stability.

Clinching Tooling Assembly
The core system features specialized molds capable of simultaneous 4-point clinching. This allows a single corner code to be fully formed in one cycle, performing 4 times faster than standard single-point clinching machines. For added versatility, the platform can be equipped with optional suspended mobile clinching pliers (single or double-point) to meet diverse assembly requirements.

Power&Control System
Driven by a high-pressure hydraulic system, the platform supports multiple operators working simultaneously at independent stations without interference. Typical configurations include dual 3kW oil pump motors (6kW total power). The system is managed via PLC control with individual switches and foot pedals for ergonomic operation and high-precision results.

Heavy-Duty Supporting Frame
The platform features a robust frame (standard dimensions approx. 2000 × 1200 × 800mm). It can be integrated with rotating brackets and auxiliary platforms to facilitate the easy movement and positioning of different damper specifications, significantly reducing manual material handling.
